Your bookkeeper sends you a wall of numbers each month. I send you a polished five-page PDF with CFO-style commentary your board can actually read — powered by a custom pipeline and the Claude AI model.
Designed for SME owners and boards who don't want to read a trial balance, but do want to understand where the business stands.
Revenue, gross margin and EBITDA at a glance. The three numbers your board looks at first.
Three paragraphs of CFO-style narrative referencing your actual numbers and naming material one-off events.
Revenue, COGS, gross profit, operating expenses, EBITDA — with % of revenue for easy period-over-period comparison.
Visual bar chart for spotting seasonality and growth direction without squinting at a table.
Operating expenses grouped by department so you can see exactly where the money goes.
Audit-ready detail view — every account, total debits, total credits, signed balance, reconciling to zero.
Log in to your accounting system (e-conomic, Dinero, Visma...) and export your monthly General Ledger as CSV. Email it to me. Takes two minutes.
Within 24 hours: the pipeline validates the data, builds your financial summaries, generates AI commentary, and renders the PDF. You see the result before anyone else.
You get a polished PDF, ready to forward to your board, your bank, or your investors. Same template every month so comparisons are trivial.
A fully rendered five-page management report for a fictional Danish trading company (Nordic Trading ApS, Q1 2024). Same template you would receive every month for your business. Real numbers, real commentary, your branding when we work together.
I'm a finance professional with an MSc and hands-on experience in month-end close, forecasting, and stakeholder management. I built this pipeline because every SME owner I've talked to wants the same thing: their financials in a form they can actually understand.
The reports are not generic AI fluff — the underlying numbers are calculated from your real GL, and the commentary references your actual figures. If a one-off transaction shapes the quarter, the report names it explicitly.
Your CSV never goes anywhere except my machine and Anthropic's Claude API for the commentary step (no training, no retention beyond the request). No third-party SaaS, no cloud uploads, no data warehouse. You can ask me to delete your files at any time.
DKK by default. Danish chart-of-accounts ranges out of the box. Works with semicolon-separated, comma-decimal CSV exports right out of e-conomic.
Send me one email. I'll reply with the sample PDF the same day and we'll take it from there.
